WORKSHOP: Creating Your Wellness Plan

Developing a wellness plan tailored to your individual needs is an important process in guiding lifestyle behaviors and overall wellness goals. It’s not always a clear path from start to finish, as a well-crafted plan allows for experimentation around structure and timing, while also allowing for grace and self-compassion along the way.

This workshop centers around a balanced wellness approach to movement, nutrition, and wellbeing, where you’ll gather the necessary tools for a wellness plan designed by you. You’ll determine next steps and find your inspiration by engaging in conversations centered around how to best support yourself while also lending a friendly voice to others.

Enjoy this interactive social experience with advice from Dr. Lori Tam, as well as experts supporting how you move, what you eat, and the way you live. Leading the conversation is Jennifer Lundman, a certified health and wellness coach, who will guide the connections, awareness, and activation around creating your personal wellness plan.

LORI TAM, MD, medical director for women’s heart wellness, Providence Heart Institute

Dr. Tam is a cardiologist and an active community speaker on women's heart health. Dr. Tam leads clinical research in heart disease in women and is the local principal investigator for the International Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection (iSCAD) registry. She is a mom, a daughter, and a sister which is why this work in women's health is especially meaningful to her.

JENNIFER LUNDMAN, MSW, NBC-HWC, Live Well Coaching

Jennifer is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach with more than 20 years in social and behavioral health and working with individuals and families. She serves as a wellness consultant and instructor for Providence's Basecamp Prevention + Wellness programming as well as a Lifestyle Medicine Provider with the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.
