Understanding Women’s Wellness at Any Age

Understanding your health and wellness during each phase of life is important. Staying healthy allows you to keep moving and enjoying the activities that you love. Our Providence experts will guide you through common health experiences of women and how awareness can benefit you, preventative actions that could keep you healthy and potentially lower your risks, and how to talk with your doctor about concerns as well as proactive steps, like regular health screenings and lifestyle choices. Be your best advocate! Knowledge builds confidence and helps guide you in life, especially when it comes to your health. A Q&A session will be offered to ask questions of our expert panel.
