Lemon Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 Tbsp plain yogurt

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

  • punch salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Whisk together all ingredients except oil. Then slowly add oil.
