Brussels Sprout Salad (Slaw)

Ingredients

  • 4 c shredded brussels sprouts shredded (about 1 lb)

  • 4 green onions, sliced thin

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 c cilantro, chopped

  • 1 jalapeno, finely chopped

  • 2 limes, juiced and zested

  • ¼ c olive oil

  • 1 tsp whole coriander, toasted

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and toss.

  2. Adjust seasoning to taste.
