Brussels Sprout Salad (Slaw)

Ingredients
4 c shredded brussels sprouts shredded (about 1 lb)
4 green onions, sliced thin
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 c cilantro, chopped
1 jalapeno, finely chopped
2 limes, juiced and zested
¼ c olive oil
1 tsp whole coriander, toasted
1 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and toss.
Adjust seasoning to taste.
