Wellbeing connects your emotions and stress levels to your physical and mental health. Each of our wellbeing series focuses on different elements of support, through a deeper understanding of wellness by helping you take time to decompress, find balance in life through goal setting, extend compassion to yourself and others, and discover relaxation techniques.

THE WAY WE LIVE
Our wellbeing programs are series-based with the most benefit found by attending all classes in sequence for the scheduled series. Instructors build upon the experiences and activities from each week as they help strengthen and empower participants to carry forward the tools and resources in their lives beyond the series.

Wellbeing Programs:
LIVNG IN WELLNESS. Three topic-specific sessions offered throughout the year. Develop your skills and create the strength within to help define and navigate your personal wellness journey. Through expert coaching and activities, you choose which areas are most important to you and build upon them.
MINDFUL PRACTICES. Four-week virtual series offered twice yearly. Bring balance to the busyness of life through tools of meditation, gentle movement, reflection, and breath work. Opening the awareness to your thoughts, actions, and motivations.
CULTIVATING THE HEART QUALITIES. Three-month virtual series offered January-March annually. Study the qualities of loving kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity to help guide how we think, speak and act toward ourselves and others.
