Creating and living a path of healthful wellness is a lifelong commitment. Small steps over time help you build a solid foundation for wellness, which includes your health, wellbeing, daily habits, relationships, and overall sense of purpose.
This comprehensive educational concept invites you to connect with our certified expert to identify and develop behaviors supporting your wellness plan and living in the daily practice of wellness. Though these series are wonderful to follow in succession, participants can choose any series session that best fits their current needs for their personal wellness journey.
About the series:
Identifying + Developing Behaviors: Formerly our Wellness is for Everyone series; we will define wellness to work through misconceptions and identify where and how wellness shows up within our own lives. We will explore the Wellness Wheel: identifying areas you’d like to experience growth, practicing celebration for what’s going well, and using self-compassion techniques when the path becomes challenging. Through engaging activities and conversation, you will create a wellness plan uniquely representative of you. This series is offered twice each year.
Living in Practice: Equipped with a solid goal setting practice, a strong sense of purpose and meaning and identified behaviors supporting your overall goal(s), you place these tools in action. While practicing and experimenting with your personal accountability, timelines, and tactics to reach your goals, your learning continues. You may find yourself refining or even changing goals to better meet a goal or lifestyle behavior. All of which is the activity of living in wellness. Using your experiences and learnings, we will introduce the tool of reflection and revisiting the Wellness Wheel as a resource to continued growth for this lifelong practice of healthful wellness. This series is offered twice each year.
