HOW WE MOVE
On-Demand
We recognize that your schedule may not allow you to join a class at a specific day and time. That’s why we created a collection of on-demand, video-based programs allowing you to press play when it works best for your schedule.
Through an email subscription approach, you gain access to our expert instructors who guide you through a progression of prescribed workouts lasting six, twelve, or even fifty-two weeks. When you have completed your program, you gain access to the video library so that you can be consistent with your practice.
Don’t forget, if your schedule allows, check out our live taught virtual classes and in-person classes (Portland, OR). With more than 60 opportunities to move each week, there’s something for everyone!
All classes listed as Pacific Time (PT), unless otherwise noted.
On-Demand Programs:
MINDFUL MOVEMENT. Six-weeks, two videos a week. Level: Beginner, Intermediate. Follow guided mindful movement practices to explore muscular stability, joint range of motion, and more subtle exercises of breath awareness and mindful meditation.
MOVÁMONOS CON MAICOL. Six-weeks, three videos a week. Level: Beginner-Friendly, Intermediate. Offered in the Spanish-language only, a guided practice to resistance training and aerobic exercise to build strength, balance, and cardiovascular health.
MOVEMENT MONDAY. Fifty-two weeks, repeat two-three times a week. Level: Beginner-Friendly, Intermediate. A self-paced program where expert instruction walks you through each exercise for proper form and modifications. Complete the weekly plan at your own pace.
STRENGTH FUNDAMENTALS. Twelve-weeks, two-three videos a week. Level: Beginner. Guided full-body workouts offering gradual progression of intensity and exercises supporting those new the practice. Begin with two videos a week and midway through increase to three each week.
WILL POWERED! Six-weeks, two videos a week. Level: Beginner-Friendly, Intermediate, Advanced. The 30-minute, guided, interval-style workouts are designed to be challenging yet approachable for anyone with a comfortable fitness foundation.
