If you’re local to Portland, Oregon or plan to visit, join us for an in-person movement class at one of our two studio locations. Participating with in-person classes not only benefits your physical wellness, you're giving your social and emotional wellbeing a boost too.
We host classes in our two fitness studios in Portland, Oregon: West Portland and East Portland. Choose the location that works best for you and browse the classes currently offered throughout the week.

CHAIR YOGA. M/W 12:00p, West Portland. Level: Beginner, Intermediate. The practice of gentle movement and intentional breath in both seated and standing poses to support strength and flexibility, while also calming the body and mind.
FLOW YOGA. W 4:30p, West Portland. Level: Intermediate, Advanced. Fluidly move through one pose to the next while connecting the breath. These sequences offer the opportunity to challenge yourself while building strength, flexibility, and balance.
MAT PILATES. T/H 12:00p, West Portland. Level: Beginner-Friendly, Intermediate. A series of low-impact floor exercises designed to build core strength, improve posture, and enhance breath and body awareness
MORNING RITUAL YOGA. W 8:00a, West Portland. Level: Beginner-Friendly, Intermediate. Awaken and create energy within the body through sound, breath, and holding asanas (poses) in a Hatha-style practice.
REVIVE & RESTORE YOGA. M/W 1:00p, West Portland. Level: Beginner-Friendly, Intermediate. Focusing on mindfulness with both seated and standing yoga poses supporting balance, concentration, and flexibility.
ROOT TO RISE YOGA. M/F 9:00a, West Portland. Level: Beginner-Friendly, Intermediate. Move through gentle flows with a focus on the basic teachings of yoga – mind, body, breath.
STRENGTH & STABILITY YOGA. M/F 10:00a, West Portland. Level: Beginner-Friendly, Intermediate. Sequences of movements supporting your strength, flexibility, and balance.
TAI CHI: MOVING FOR BETTER BALANCE. T/H 8:30a (beginner), M 5:30p & T/H 9:30a (intermediate), West Portland. Level: Beginner, Intermediate. Gain confidence, stability, strength, and mobility in a fun and supportive environment.
YIN YOGA. W 5:30p, West Portland. Level: All Levels. Through the practice of long-held poses, 3-7 minutes each, and advantageous use of supportive props, you find a meditative and relaxing experience.
ZUMBA. F 12:00p, West Portland. Level: Beginner, Intermediate. A fun and creative way to engage your body in exercise through a variety of motivating music and dance moves encouraging aerobic, resistance, and interval training practices.

GENTLE YOGA. T/H 11:00a, East Portland. Level: Beginner-Friendly, Intermediate. The practice combines mindful movement and breath with standing, seated, and restful floor-based practices to nourish the body, mind, and heart.
FOUNDATION YOGA. W 5:30p, East Portland. Level: Beginner-Friendly, Intermediate. A focus on core strengthening to support the back through long holds in poses, and flow of sequences catering to modern biomechanics.
