Registration
Through a focus on the basic teachings of yoga – mind, body, breath – participants move through gentle flows assisting in building a strong foundation while also boosting your confidence in the overall practice of yoga.
RECOMMENDED LEVEL (learn more): Beginner-Friendly, Intermediate
CLASS NOTE: Equipment is provided (mat, blocks, bolsters, etc.) or you can bring your own.
SCHEDULE: In-Person (West Portland), Mondays/Fridays, 8:00-9:00 a.m. PT
REGISTRATION: First time participants are required to register. You will receive an automated email confirmation with helpful information about attending class in-person.
LOCATION (Get to know our locations.): Our Root to Rise Yoga classes are available in-person (Portland, OR) at our West Portland studio location.
