How We Move

Movement makes us healthier, stronger, and better able to withstand life’s twists and turns, quite literally, through improved strength, agility, and balance.

There’s no right label that fits everyone when it comes to “being in shape” – it’s about the level of fitness that keeps you engaged, happy and healthy. In other words, a level allowing you to do the things you love.

Our free movement programming will make you sweat, stretch, build strength, breathe, and improve balance. We meet you where you are with classes designed for beginner, intermediate, and advanced participants. You’ll even find classes offering modifications for those seeking a friendly step toward more challenging movement styles. Choose from live taught classes, on-demand video-based subscriptions, and community-centered programs.

All classes listed as Pacific Time (PT), unless otherwise noted.

In-Person Classes

Our local-to-Portland collection of live taught, in-person, movement classes. Currently available at our West Portland and East Portland studios, six days a week between 8am-2pm PT.

Virtual Classes

A collection of our live taught, virtually offered movement classes. Register once to access the link all year long. Currently available six days a week with options between 6am-7pm PT.

On-Demand Programs

A variety of subscription-based programs allowing flexibility to your personal schedule. Weekly emails offer encouragement and easy access to the scheduled videos. Options: 6, 8, and 52 weeks.

Heart to Start

More than an exercises program! It’s a community supporting each other with a shared 5K (3.1 miles) goal. Walkers and runners of all paces. Training plan and helpful resources provided via weekly emails. Twelve-week annual program, virtual and in-person options.

The FIT Project

A family-centered lifestyle training program helping to bring sustainable healthy behaviors into the home with a focus on wellness, fitness, and nutrition education. Intended for families with school-age children (ages 5-18). Twelve-week self-led, on-demand subscription.
