Basecamp is everywhere! Our virtual programming allows us to meet you where you are, wherever that may be!
You will find a variety of offerings from movement classes, nutrition and culinary education, and even wellness and wellbeing practices. There’s something for everyone.
Our virtual programming schedule follows the Pacific Time (PT) zone, unless noted otherwise.

Find in-person classes in West Portland.
Located in the Mother Joseph Plaza building on the Providence St. Vincent Medical Center campus. Classes held in The Well (fitness studio) and in our classrooms.
Parking: Use the West Parking Garage and then access the west-end stairwell or elevators and proceed to floor "G" - that places you at ground level and just outside our building.
Masks are optional for our Basecamp in-person classes. If a mask is preferred, participants should bring their own mask to each class.

Body Works Fitness Studio

Find in-person classes in East Portland.
Located within structure of the parking garage across from the 5050 NE Hoyt medical building on the Providence Portland Medical Center campus.
Parking: Access the main parking garage across from the 5050 medical office building. Our fitness studio is accessed from street level sidewalk - directly across from the east-end of the medical office building.
Masks are optional for our Basecamp in-person classes. If a mask is preferred, participants should bring their own mask to each class.
