Through individual coaching sessions, you’ll explore ideas and use practical tools to identify sustainable healthy behaviors. Your coach will support you by listening deeply, offering nonjudgmental feedback, and engaging you in interactive activities focused on decision-making, clarifying your goals, and building accountability.

The ultimate goal? To help you make positive, lasting changes to your health — on your terms, at your pace.

A 9-Month Journey Toward Sustainable Wellness

This comprehensive program includes:

  • An initial lifestyle assessment

  • Weekly communications and habit check-ins

  • Biweekly coaching sessions for the first 3 months

  • Monthly coaching sessions for the remaining 6 months

In total, you’ll complete 12 live sessions with a certified health coach, experimenting with small, achievable goals that support your larger wellness vision.

Our program is non-clinical — we don’t collect insurance information, and you don’t need to be a Providence patient to participate. What we do offer is a structured, personalized approach to building sustainable healthy behaviors. When practiced consistently, these behaviors can have a meaningful impact on your overall health and wellbeing.
