Registration
Barre blends a variety of low-impact movements with high repetition to promote balance, mobility, and strength. Utilizing a secure bar for stability during the movements allows this practice to accommodate a variety of fitness levels.
RECOMMENDED LEVEL (learn more): Beginner-Friendly, Intermediate
CLASS NOTE: Equipment is provided. Class will include long periods of standing, using the bar as support for balance.
SCHEDULE: In-Person (West Portland), Mondays, 5:30-6:15 p.m. PT
REGISTRATION: First time participants are required to register. You will receive an automated email confirmation with helpful information about attending class in-person.
