Registration

A welcoming class designed to ease you into a dedicated yoga practice. Whether you are brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, Yoga Foundations will give you a thorough understanding of foundational yoga postures and intentional breath; safe and proper alignment and focused attention of body and mind. There will be a focus on core strengthening to support the back, long holds in poses to give time for deeper exploration and sequencing that caters to modern biomechanics. Students will gain confidence in their ability to ease pain and undo muscular dysfunctions.

RECOMMENDED LEVEL (learn more): Beginner-Friendly, Intermediate

CLASS NOTE: Equipment is provided (mat, blocks, bolsters, etc.) or you can bring your own.

SCHEDULE: In-Person (East Portland), Wednesdays, 5:30-6:30 p.m. PT

REGISTRATION: First time participants are required to register. You will receive an automated email confirmation with helpful information about attending class in-person.

LOCATION (Get to know our locations.): Our Foundation Yoga classes are available in-person (Portland, OR) at our East Portland studio location.
