Registration
A fun and exciting hatha-based class designed for the yoga enthusiast! This practice uses yoga poses and sequences to help strengthen the central core of your body — abdominal and back. Bringing balance on and off the mat through yoga poses, core strength exercises, standing balance poses, and breath work.
RECOMMENDED LEVEL (learn more): Beginner-Friendly, Intermediate
CLASS NOTE: Equipment is provided (mat, blocks, bolsters, etc.) or you can bring your own.
SCHEDULE: In-Person (East Portland), Tuesdays/Thursdays, 9:00-10:00 a.m. PT
REGISTRATION: First time participants are required to register. You will receive an automated email confirmation with helpful information about attending class in-person.
LOCATION (Get to know our locations.): Our Core Yoga classes are available in-person (Portland, OR) at our East Portland studio location.
