NEW CLASS OFFERING BEGINS JANUARY 8, 2025.

Fluidly move through one pose to the next while connecting the breath allows for a full body workout. These sequences offer the opportunity to challenge yourself while building strength, flexibility, and balance.

RECOMMENDED LEVEL (learn more): Intermediate, Advanced

CLASS NOTE: Equipment is provided. At times, movements may include standing and using the chair as support for balance, you may choose to remain seated for the entire practice and modify as needed.

SCHEDULE BEGINNING JANUARY 8, 2025: In-Person (West Portland), Wednesdays, 4:30-5:30 p.m. PT

REGISTRATION: First time participants are required to register. You will receive an automated email confirmation with helpful information about attending class in-person.
