NEW CLASS OFFERING BEGINS FEBRUARY 3, 2025.
Through the practice of long-held poses, 3-7 minutes each, and advantageous use of supportive props, you find a meditative and relaxing experience. Within each pose, guided breath work settles the body into a nice relaxing stretch while offering opportunities of silence to clear the mind and let go of held emotions or thoughts. This practice has shown to benefit the body and mind around pain management, stress relief, sleep issues, and so much more.

CLASS NOTE: Equipment is provided (mat, blocks, bolsters, etc.) or you can bring your own.
SCHEDULE BEGINNING FEBRUARY 3, 2025: In-person (East Portland), Mondays, 5:30-6:30 p.m. PT
REGISTRATION: First time participants are required to register. You will receive an automated email confirmation with helpful information about attending class in-person.
