Registration
Engage in playful movement focusing on your core and the practice of asanas (postures). Each class guides you through a sequence of movements to support your strength, flexibility, and balance.
RECOMMENDED LEVEL (learn more): Beginner-Friendly, Intermediate
CLASS NOTE: Equipment is provided (mat, blocks, bolsters, etc.) or you can bring your own.
SCHEDULE: In-Person (West Portland), Mondays/ Fridays, 9:00-10:00 a.m. PT
REGISTRATION: First time participants are required to register. You will receive an automated email confirmation with helpful information about attending class in-person.
LOCATION (Get to know our locations.): Our Strength and Stability Yoga classes are available in-person (Portland, OR) at our West Portland studio location.
