We are excited to bring you 52 weeks of inspiration with certified personal trainer, Christine. Her ever popular weekly social media videos received a makeover and are now delivered directly to your inbox for easier access.
During these quick videos, Christine walks you through each exercise, proper form, and modification options. We even add some options to challenge yourself if you're feeling up to it. Exercises can be done with or without hand weights.
How your subscription works:
The Monday morning following your subscription registration you will begin receiving your weekly email.
Weekly email contains the video-based workout for the week and will arrive every Monday morning.
Our general recommendation is to complete this workout 2-3 times during the week.
RECOMMENDED LEVEL (learn more): Beginner-Friendly, Intermediate
CLASS NOTES: Use of equipment is not required to participate. Suggested equipment: towel, water bottle, light and medium hand weights (ex. 5-pound and 10-pound sets). Creative at-home solutions: hand weights (cans of soup or filled water bottles).
REGISTRATION: First time participants are required to register. You will receive an automated email confirmation with helpful information about this program. Your first Movement Monday workout email will be sent the Monday following registration. Subsequent automated emails sent each Monday for the duration of the series.

Christine has more than a decade of experience in personal training and group fitness classes helping people of all ages and abilities. She is passionate about helping people get stronger through resistance training while making regular exercise part of their every day lives.
