The practice of mindfulness uses a variety of tools to bring balance to the busyness of life. These tools include breath work, gentle movement, focusing on the present, intentional silence, meditation, and reflection. Over the course of our 4-week series, you will practice these tools while spending time bringing awareness of your thoughts, actions, and motivations. The goals being you find tools that work best for your personal practice, a greater sense of clarity around your choices, and an increased appreciation for life and your overall wellbeing.
