Berry Burst Sorbet

Prep Time: 5 mins | Freeze Time: 3.5 hours | Serves: 8
Ingredients
½ c of pure maple syrup
1 c water
1 ½ c blueberries
1 ½ c blackberries
½ c raspberries
½ c heavy cream, optional
Directions
In a blender puree the berries until smooth, then add the water and maple syrup. Pour in cream and pulse until blended.
Pour mix into pan and place in freezer.
Notes
This is mixture can be added to an ice-cream machine if available!
Try with other fruits, such as mango.
