Berry Burst Sorbet

Prep Time: 5 mins | Freeze Time: 3.5 hours | Serves: 8

Ingredients

  • ½ c of pure maple syrup

  • 1 c water

  • 1 ½ c blueberries

  • 1 ½ c blackberries

  • ½ c raspberries

  • ½ c heavy cream, optional

Directions

  1. In a blender puree the berries until smooth, then add the water and maple syrup. Pour in cream and pulse until blended.

  2. Pour mix into pan and place in freezer.

Notes

  • This is mixture can be added to an ice-cream machine if available!

  • Try with other fruits, such as mango.
