Pear Apple Crisp

Ingredients
1 apple, chopped
3 pears, chopped
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1 ½ c rolled oats
¾ c walnuts, finely chopped
¼ c maple syrup
2 Tbsp butter
½ tsp cinnamon, to garnish
¼ c blueberries, to garnish
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl (or right in your baking dish), combine apples, pears, lemon juice, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Mix well and pour into a baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine oats, walnuts, maple syrup, butter, and salt. Mix well. Spread oat mixture evenly over the apples and sprinkle with a little cinnamon.
Bake 40 minutes, or until fruits are fork tender. Remove from oven and dot with blueberries while still hot.
Notes
Pears are a great, high in fiber option, but you can add whatever fruits you have.
