Ingredients
Base Recipe
½ c rolled oats
½ c milk
¾ Tbs chia seeds
Optional Add-Ins
1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
Fresh or frozen berries ]
1-2 Tbsp creamy peanut or almond butter
Optional Toppings:
Ground flaxseed
More chia seeds
Hemp hearts
Chopped nuts
Directions
Add all ingredients to mason jar or small container with lid. Stir until combined.
Cover and set in refrigerator for at least 6 hrs.
Garnish with toppings before eating.
Notes
Overnight oats can be prepared 2-3 days ahead.
For a non-diary option, substitute your preferred non-diary milk.
