Perfect Overnight Oats

Ingredients

Base Recipe

  • ½ c rolled oats

  • ½ c milk

  • ¾ Tbs chia seeds

Optional Add-Ins

  • 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup

  • Fresh or frozen berries ]

  • 1-2 Tbsp creamy peanut or almond butter

Optional Toppings:

  • Ground flaxseed

  • More chia seeds

  • Hemp hearts

  • Chopped nuts

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to mason jar or small container with lid. Stir until combined.

  2. Cover and set in refrigerator for at least 6 hrs.

  3. Garnish with toppings before eating.

Notes

  • Overnight oats can be prepared 2-3 days ahead.

  • For a non-diary option, substitute your preferred non-diary milk.
