Ingredients
1/4 c brown sugar
2 Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp smoked paprika
1 Tbsp black pepper
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 tsp mustard powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Notes
Spice it up with ingredients like ground chipotle and red pepper flakes!
This rub works great on steak, pork, chicken and fish.
Try it on roasted potatoes, cauliflower, and tofu.
