Ingredients

  • 1/4 c brown sugar

  • 2 Tbsp paprika

  • 1 Tbsp smoked paprika

  • 1 Tbsp black pepper

  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 Tbsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp mustard powder

  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Notes

  • Spice it up with ingredients like ground chipotle and red pepper flakes!

  • This rub works great on steak, pork, chicken and fish.

  • Try it on roasted potatoes, cauliflower, and tofu.
