Watermelon Berry Fruit Salad

Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 0 mins | Serves: 6

Ingredients

  • ½ medium watermelon, cubed, about 4-6 c 

    1 ½ c strawberries, sliced 

    1 ½ c raspberries 

    1 ½ c cherries, pitted and halved 

    1 lime, zested and juiced, about 2 Tbsp 

    1 Tbsp honey 

    2 Tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped 

Directions

  1. Wash and prep all fruit and place into a large bowl. 

  2. Add the lime zest, lime juice, and honey. Gently toss to coat, then sprinkle with fresh mint.  

  3. Serve immediately and enjoy! 

Notes

  • Use any summer fruit of your choosing. Honeydew, cantaloupe, blueberries, blackberries, pineapple, peaches, or nectarines all work well with this honey lime dressing.  

  • Depending on your flavor preferences, try agave or maple syrup in place of honey.  

  • If you don’t have a cherry pitter, simply use a paring knife to slice horizontally across each cherry, then gently twist to remove the pit.
