Start your weekend off with this workout meant to get your body moving. This bootcamp class is a full body strength and interval training workout. Christine’s background with crossfit and her certified personal trainer credentials brings an elevated approach for those wishing to challenge themselves each week.
RECOMMENDED LEVEL: Intermediate-Advanced. All levels are welcome and modifications will be available. Ability to move between floor and standing. Note this class gets your heart rate up and is a faster pace.
NOTE: At home equipment can be creative! Christine will use weights and other strength and resistance tools. Strap/band = robe belt, towel, long band, jump rope. Weights = cans of food, water bottles, backpacks weighted with cans/water bottles.
FREE CLASS - Registration requested for first time participants so that we can collect your waiver release. Once registered, you will receive an email with the access links and any necessary codes which will remain the same each week for this specific class.
