Weekly Pulse - Experts Weigh In

Each week, on Tuesdays, we will post a question. These questions will be centered around our areas of focus: heart health, prevention and wellness activities. Answers will be collected and sent to our team of experts where they will respond via video later that week. The Weekly Pulse videos will include the top answer to the question of the week and a tip/tool from our expert to help you in your journey to living your best, healthiest life.

Videos of our experts will be posted on social media and on our website each week.

Tara Timothy, Director for Prevention + Wellness with the Providence Heart Institute, shares the top responses and what’s to come for more expanded online programming. Though these won’t replace the atmosphere of our in-person classes, and hope you find these helpful to stay connected with us and on track for your personal health + wellness goals.
