Flow Yoga

Please join us for this free, online class.

Participants will fluidly move from one move to the next while connecting with their breath and challenging their overall strength, flexibility and balance.

RECOMMENDED LEVEL: Intermediate-Advanced. All levels are welcome and modifications will be available. Note this class gets your heart rate up and is a faster pace.

FREE CLASS - Registration requested for first time participants so that we can collect your waiver release. Once registered, you will receive an email with the access links and any necessary codes which will remain the same each week for this specific class.
