Tai Chi

Develop strength and balance in Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance. You will gain confidence, stability and improve coordination and mobility in a fun and supportive environment. Resistance training is included to improve strength. This program is based on the evidence-based program, developed by Dr. Fuzhong Li at the Oregon Research Institute, designed for older adults and people with balance disorders, who can walk easily with or without assistive devices.

PLEASE NOTE CHANGES TO THIS COURSE: We have made two changes to this class in response to participant feedback. This course will no longer be an 8-week series, but an ongoing class. Once you have registered for this course, you will not need to re-register until January 2022. Our second change is that the time of Tai Chi has changed to be at 9:00 AM on Mondays and Wednesdays.

FREE CLASS - Registration requested for first-time participants so that we can collect your waiver release. Once registered, you will receive an email with the access links and any necessary codes which will remain the same each week for this specific class.
