Everyone can be an artist and create masterpieces… with colorful fruits and vegetables! Choose a variety of colorful produce to get all of those wonderful vitamins, mineral, and nutrients. Remember - fresh is best, but frozen fruits and vegetables can also be a great option. If choosing canned, look for those without added sugar or salt/sodium.
Start Small: Try to fill half of your dinner plate with your favorite veggies or add them as a snack.
Finish Remarkable: Experiment by adding a new vegetable to your menu as you reach the goal of 3-5 servings of veggies each day.
