This Month’s Topic: Reading Nutrition Labels
Nutrition labels play an important role in making informed choices about what we eat; revealing added sugars and other helpful nutritional facts. Our registered dietitian, Jamie will explain what information can be found on the labels and how to incorporate this knowledge into your meal plans.
