Welcome to FIT Foundations!
We are excited to have your family join us for this 12-week series focused on helping you develop sustainable habits to live your best, healthiest lives. This is your FIT Family Portal - an evergreen resource for all things FIT as well as access to many additional tools to support you in the areas of nutrition, fitness, and wellness.

Each week, on Sunday morning, we send an email containing a video and encouraging words from our experts. There is a weekly topic introduced along with an example of using the tool within your home for a wellness, fitness, or nutrition goal - a small step to build upon over time. The activity and topic are meant to spark connection with areas of focus for your family - each activity can be adapted for many needs.
Over the 12 weeks, these small steps will create a great foundation of knowledge and sustainable habits to help your family continue these practices long after this program has ended.
We understand families have busy schedules. That’s why this program is flexible to allow each family to set their own routines with one ask that you come together as a family once a week for conversation and fun activities. What you learn each week supports your future weeks and activities, so we invite you to take the time together and complete the activities in order.
As always, our experts are available to you for a consultation or question. Invitations to connect are included in the weekly emails or you can find a link to connect in this FIT Family Portal.

FIT Strength: 12-weeks of guided exercises - great for beginners or those seeking to establish a regular routine. Led by Christine.
Mindful Breathing: 6 breath work focused videos led by instructor Kristin - great for all ages to help settle the mind and emotions.
Kid-centered movement: A collection of videos created for younger children that use fun activities to encourage movement. Led by Christine.
Yoga session: A great introduction to a yoga practice where the whole family could participate. Led by Basecamp instructor, Diane.
Basecamp classes/series:
Will Powered!: 6-week fitness challenge with guided videos by Will Bruce, certified personal trainer. Best suited for those with an established exercise routine.Mindful Movement: 6-week seated practice focusing on breathing and small movements. Great for those with limited mobility or just beginning a fitness routine.
Yoga, mat Pilates, etc.: Check out the live, online and in-person classes available for free.
