CTK Culinary Nutrition Takeover

Complementing our ‘In the Kitchen with Jamie’ education series, this CTK Culinary Nutrition Takeover is a collaboration between Basecamp and the Providence Community Teaching Kitchen. The great nutrition education you learn every 2nd Wednesday with Jamie is brought to life - in the kitchen - where the CTK team guides you through recipes, live cooking demonstrations, and kitchen talk around the similar topic.

TOPIC: Balanced Plates & Cooking with Healthy Oils

Fall brings with it so many delicious vegetables that we can cook in a variety of ways! Often times, we might want to add a touch of oil those veggies to help them cook just right. The Community Teaching Kitchen will show us how to balance our fall plates and which oils we might want to employ for the job.

Learn from Jamie, see the education in action with the CTK, be confident to implement (“do”) these learnings into your own nutrition and cooking at home.

SCHEDULE: Online, Third Monday of the month 12:00-1:00 p.m. PT

FREE CLASS: Registration requested for first time participants so that we can collect your waiver release. Once registered, you will receive an automated email confirmation with the online access link. The class link will remain the same for the balance of the year.
