HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)
A high-paced 30-minute interval workout meant to get your heart pumping and muscles working.
RECOMMENDED LEVEL: Intermediate - Advanced
SPECIAL CLASS NOTES: Slight modifications are available. Must be able to safely move between standing and floor work and be physically comfortable with consistent movement for the full 30 minutes. A towel and water bottle are recommended. Supportive, lace-up shoes are needed as this is not a yoga class. Equipment recommendations: mat, bands, sliders, and hand weights - equipment alternatives will be offered at the time of class.
