A high-paced 30-minute interval workout meant to get your heart pumping and muscles working.
RECOMMENDED LEVEL (learn more): Intermediate, Advanced
CLASS NOTES: Suggested equipment: towel, water bottle, mat, bands, sliders, hand weights, and supportive, lace-up shoes. Creative at-home solutions: hand weights (cans of soup or filled water bottles), bands (robe belt/towel/tie/long band). Additional equipment alternatives will be offered at time of class.
SCHEDULE: Virtual (via Zoom), Mondays/Wednesdays, 7:15-7:45 a.m. PT & Tuesdays/Thursdays, 9:15-9:45 a.m. PT
REGISTRATION: First time participants are required to register. You will receive an automated email confirmation with the online access link.
LOCATION (Get to know our locations.): Our H.I.I.T. classes are available as live taught, virtual classes.
