Bootcamp is canceled today
This is a full-body, resistance-based workout good for all levels. It will combine strength training and aerobic exercises to work all major muscle groups and get your heart pumping. A wonderful combination for optimal cardiovascular health.
RECOMMENDED LEVEL: Beginner - Advanced
SCHEDULE: Online and In-Person (Basecamp @ PSVMC), Wednesdays at 5:30-6:15 p.m. PT
FREE CLASS: Registration requested for first time online and in-person participants so that we can collect your waiver release. Once registered, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing: 1) Online class link, and 2) Scheduling link to reserve your spot for each in-person class date you are available.
