Registration
Fluidly move through one pose to the next while connecting the breath allows for a full body workout. While moving between standing and the floor, these sequences offer the opportunity to challenge yourself in building strength, flexibility, and balance.
RECOMMENDED LEVEL (learn more): Intermediate, Advanced
CLASS NOTE: Use of supportive equipment is not required to participate. Suggested equipment: bolster, block, mat, strap. Creative at-home solutions: bolster (pillow/folded blanket), block (books/piece of wood), strap (robe belt/towel/tie/long band).
SCHEDULE: Virtual (via Zoom), Mondays/Thursdays, 12:00-1:00 p.m. PT
REGISTRATION: First time participants are required to register. You will receive an automated email confirmation with the online access link.
LOCATION (Get to know our locations.): Our Flow Yoga classes are available as live taught, virtual classes.
