We are excited to have you join us for an upcoming session! Below you will find details on the available sessions throughout 2025 and the registration form to take your next step.
As this series focuses on the steps to living a nicotine-free life, participation is reserved for individuals currently using nicotine products (smoking, vaping, or chewing) and who have a desire to quit. This series is not intended for individuals seeking to support others, non-nicotine users, or those seeking to offer future nicotine education resources.
SCHEDULE: Virtual, 8-week program
Mondays, 6:00-8:00 p.m. PT on January 6, 13, 20, 27, and February 3, 10, 17, 24
Tuesdays, 6:00-8:00 p.m. PT on April 8, 15, 22, 29 and May 6, 13, 20, 27
Mondays, 6:00-8:00 p.m. PT on June 30, July 7, 14, 21, 28, and August 4, 11, 18
Tuesdays, 6:00-8:00 p.m. PT on September 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 and October 7, 14, 21
REGISTRATION: Participants are required to register. You will receive an automated email confirming you registration is being processed, which will include helpful information on next steps and anticipated outreach from your instructor.
