Basic Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c coconut secret coconut aminos

  • 1/2 c olive oil

  • 1/3 c lemon juice

  • 1/4 c balsamic vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder

  • 3 Tbsp dried basil

  • 1 Tbsp dried parsley

  • 1 tsp pepper

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients except olive oil together.

  2. Slowly drizzle olive oil into the mixture, whisking constantly.

Notes

  • This is a great marinade for steak, pork, or chicken.

  • Add other ingredients, such as chili peppers, ginger, or fresh garlic.
