Berries and Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients

  • 3 c plain Greek yogurt*

  • 12 oz blueberries, strawberries, or other fruits

  • 8 Tbsp granola

Directions

  1. Put about half of the yogurt in four separate bowls or clear tall glasses.

  2. Place blueberries on top of the yogurt followed by half of the granola.

  3. Add the remaining yogurt, top with raspberries and the last of the granola.

Notes

  • *For a dairy free option, use plant-based yogurt.

  • Try different combinations of fruit (fresh or frozen) and add toppings such as toasted coconut. Sneak in a layer of ground flax seed to boost the fiber.
