Notes

  • This dressing pairs great with any leafy greens such as spinach, arugula, or spring mix, a creamy cheese such as feta, goat, or burrata. Add a nutty crunch with walnuts, pecans, or sunflower seeds.

  • Top your salad with a grilled protein of your choosing such as chicken, pork, or salmon for a light summer meal.

  • Substitute in any berries of your choice, raspberries, blackberries, or blueberries would all taste great in this fruity dressing.

  • Use garlic powder (2 tsp) if fresh garlic not available. Try minced onion or onion powder if shallot not available.

  • Use leftovers as a marinade for chicken or pork. Or store in airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
