Starting the day with yoga offers clarity, positivity and peace of mind that will carry you through the daily demands! Enjoy a slightly slower-paced practice using breath work and fluid sequences to awaken the body, while adding mindful opportunities to set your intention for the day.

RECOMMENDED LEVEL (learn more): Beginner-Friendly, Intermediate

CLASS NOTE: Use of supportive equipment is not required to participate. Suggested equipment: bolster, block, mat, strap. Creative at-home solutions: bolster (pillow/folded blanket), block (books/piece of wood), strap (robe belt/towel/tie/long band).

SCHEDULE: Virtual (via Zoom), Mondays/Wednesdays, 6:00-7:00 a.m. PT

REGISTRATION: First time participants are required to register. You will receive an automated email confirmation with the online access link.

LOCATION (Get to know our locations.): Our Sunrise Yoga classes are available as live taught, virtual classes.
