Let’s re-frame the word “wellness” so that it’s inclusive to every single individual wanting to live their best, healthiest life — no matter their age, current health status, race, or economic status. Let’s make wellness available and attainable for everyone, while allowing it to look a bit different for each individual as there’s not a single path that fits everyone.
This six-week interactive series is meant to meet you where you are while opening your mind to the concept of wellness. The approach allows you choose the pieces most important to you and build upon them. We then help you explore a well-balanced wellness plan, we like to call the Wellness Wheel, and discuss frameworks, playful activities, and setting specific goals to be successful from day one.
Most importantly, you will find and build the strength within yourself to help navigate your personal wellness journey.
