Begin your day with clarity, positivity, and peace of mind by joining us for sunrise yoga! Sunrise yoga will offer a slower-paced class to practice your breath, wake up your body, and set your intentions for the day.
RECOMMENDED LEVEL: Beginner - Advanced
SCHEDULE: Virtual, Monday/ Wednesday 6:00 - 7:00 am
SPECIAL CLASS NOTES: Modifications are available for those with limited mobility. Must be able to safely move between standing and floor work. Equipment recommendations: mat, blocks, strap - equipment alternatives will be offered at the time of class.
