Participants will gain confidence, stability and improve coordination and mobility in a fun and supportive environment. Resistance training is included to improve strength. This program is based on the evidence-based program, developed by Dr. Fuzhong Li at the Oregon Research Institute, designed for older adults and people with balance disorders, who can walk easily with or without assistive devices. This intermediate class focuses on the primary forms 1-24 of the Tai Chi practice.
