Our prevention + wellness programming follows five specific areas of focus, or goals. Within each goal we offer several small opportunities to help you begin, or continue on, your journey for a healthy life.
We invite you to think about one heart health goal within these areas – Lower Your Risk, Be Fit, Reduce Stress, Be Your Best Weight – and one small step you can start today toward that goal. Throughout 2023, Basecamp will commit to being alongside you with resources and encouragement as you work toward your goal.
