Registration
Following a slightly slower pace, this practice is anchored through longer held poses allowing for a focus on breath, posture, and alignment while also building strength, flexibility, and balance. Within each held pose, the breath serves as a meditative guide taking us into a deeper state of relaxation.
RECOMMENDED LEVEL (learn more): Beginner, Intermediate
CLASS NOTE: Use of supportive equipment is not required to participate. Suggested equipment: bolster, block, mat, strap. Creative at-home solutions: bolster (pillow/folded blanket), block (books/piece of wood), strap (robe belt/towel/tie/long band).
REGISTRATION: First time participants are required to register. You will receive an automated email confirmation with either the online access link or helpful information about attending class in-person.
LOCATION (Get to know our locations.): Our Hatha Yoga classes are available as live taught, virtual classes and in-person (Portland, OR) at our two studio locations. You can choose which option works best for you or do a blend of both!
