Registration

Following a slightly slower pace, this practice is anchored through longer held poses allowing for a focus on breath, posture, and alignment while also building strength, flexibility, and balance. Within each held pose, the breath serves as a meditative guide taking us into a deeper state of relaxation.

RECOMMENDED LEVEL (learn more): Beginner, Intermediate

REGISTRATION: First time participants are required to register. You will receive an automated email confirmation with either the online access link or helpful information about attending class in-person.

LOCATION (Get to know our locations.): Our Hatha Yoga classes are available as live taught, virtual classes and in-person (Portland, OR) at our East Portland studio. You can choose which option works best for you or do a blend of both!
