EAT THE RAINBOW…

… of fruits and vegetables that is! Choose a variety of colorful produce to get all of those wonderful vitamins, minerals, and nutrients. Remember fresh is best, but frozen fruits and vegetables can also be a great option. If choosing canned, look for those without added sugar or salt/sodium.
